Our concentrated soy protein is made from high quality Non-GMO soybean and processed by the advantage technology, normally to be used in emulsified sausage, ham, high-temperature sausage, vegetable food and frozen food etc.

Soy protein concentrate is widely used as functional or nutritional ingredient in a wide variety of food products, mainly in baked foods, breakfast cereals and in some meat products. Soy protein concentrate is used in meat and poultry products to increase water and fat retention, and to improve nutritional values (more protein, less fat). It is even used for some non-food applications.

Application Method

Add 3% ~ 4% of concentrated Soy protein into meat stuffing, add the ingredients and chop and process together.

Make concentrated soy protein into emulsified colloid according to the ratio of 1:5:5, and add it to the meat stuffing in proportion;

Homogenize concentrated soy protein with a chopping machine, and roll it with other ingredients.

Packing and Storage

Packaging: in CIQ-inspected Kraft bags lined with polyethylene bags.

Net weight: 20 kg/bag, 25 kg/bag, or up to the buyer's request.

Transportation and Storage: Keep away from rain or damp during transportation and storage, and not loaded or stored together with other smelly products, to be stored in a dry cool ventilated place at the temperature below 25℃ and relative humidity below 50%.

Shelf life: Best within 12 Months under appropriate storage condition from the production date.
