Soy Protein Isolate Production Capacity of Shansong Expanded to 150,000 Tons.

Recently, with the new workshop with a capacity of 25,000 tons put into production, the capacity of isolated soy protein of Linyi Shansong Biological Products Co., Ltd. has reached 150,000 tons per year. This is the second time that Linyi Shansong Biological Products Co., Ltd. has expanded its production capacity after expanding its production capacity by 10,000 tons in 2020.

The new workshop has two advanced soy protein deep processing production lines, which can not only meet the demand of domestic customers in China, but also ensure the soy protein supply of foreign customers. The new soybean deep processing project was fully invested by Linyi Shansong Biological Products Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 47 million US dollars. This project adopts the advanced technology of Linyi Shansong Biological Products Co., Ltd., takes soybean as raw material, and after primary processing, intensive processing and waste reprocessing, it forms a complete and sustainable closed loop of circular economy from farmland to dining table, further extending fertilizer and returning to planting. The soybean deep processing project mainly builds a low-temperature soybean meal factory with an annual processing capacity of 160,000 tons and a soybean protein isolate factory with an annual capacity of 24,000 tons.
