Colored TVP can be processed as mimesis of beef, chicken, ham, seasoned sausages, fish etc. It can replace pork and beef and is widely used in meat products, fillings, snack foods, etc. It can adjust the ratio of animal and plant protein, and reduce product costs., and improve product quality.
